  1. GARCOBOND-2S/2 : Garcobond (otherwise known as C02 Binder) is the name given to the range of Gargi Binders for use with the carbondioxide process. They are mixed with clear dry sand which is then molded into the shape desired and hardened by passingcarbon-di-oxide gas to the mixture.
    Garcobond is used for the production of moulds, and cores, whereby stoving and need for the core carriers and strengtheners is eliminated, because moulds and cores are hardened in the box. The time taken for hardening depends on the size of the core, but small cores are hardened in no time. Furthermore this process gives you greater precision in manufacture and output per unit area of working space.
  2. GARCOLAP-77 : This Item is used in Foundry for molding Ferrous & Non Ferrous Casting.
  3. GARSEAL : Garseal is a dull White color ready to use self drying putty type sealant. It is sufficiently permeable and adheres well to the core and mould surface, so that it does not wash away when in contact with metal. Thus it prevents any metal penetration into the joints. lt is water base and therefore drying time depends on the local ambient conditions and the thickness of the layer applied. However at least 30 – 40 minutes drying time should be given before torching to set.
  4. GARSLAG-30M : will dry up and agglomerate Slag on the surface of metal to facilitate its removal from ladles of Steel, Gray, Whlte or S G Irons and will prevent build-up on walls of 1nduct1on furnaces.
  5. GARCLEAN : Garclean is a cleansing agent for resins deposited on patterns. It removes depositation of uncured / partially cured resins like Alkyd Phenolic urethane Resins and other organic binder resins which are employed to make cores and moulds for casting/ foundry industry. It loosens the resin deposit without affecting pattern quality and dimensions. lt is a colorless liquid which is soluble in water and slightly acidic in nature.
  6. GARSET-81 : This Item is used in Foundry for molding Ferrous & Non Ferrous Casting.
  7. GARDRESSER-H/C : This is a bonding Liquid, specially developed to eliminate friability of sand on CO2, green sand and my sand moulds and cores. It imparts a hard surface thereby withstanding the evading action of metal and consequently minimizing sand inclusions.
  8. GARDEPHOS : GARDEPHOS is dephosphorising agent mainly made up of calcium oxygen carrier and fluxes. If forms an easily fusible slag close contact with hot liquid metal in view of the high basicity of the slag and reacts efficiently in intimate contact with metal to effect desired removal of phosphorous from the metallic phase to slag.
  9. GARDRESSER-609 : This Item is used in Foundry for molding Ferrous & Non Ferrous Casting.
  10. GARSTRIPON : Garstripon AI is a liquid parting agent. It is specially weed where No Bake and some chemical binders are used for the production of moulds and cores. lt is an Aluminum pigmented suspension with vet)‘ low flash point and fast evaporating carrier solvent.
    This parting agent can be sprayed on the pattern prior to filling the sand and on stripping it helps to facilitate a clean and easy release.

  12. GARDRESSAR-LITX : Dilution of Gardressers may be desirable under certain Circumstances. It is of major importance then. that our specially developed diluting agent, Gardresser Lit-X is used. It has minimum (0.05%) moisture, an optimum flash point (60″F) and excellent burning (Nil Residue).
    Any other diluting agent may disturb the balance between the components of the Gardressers and might cause casting defects.
